O.k. you got this far, which means you're somewhat interested in going after this cache.
I highly recommend a picnic lunch because, frankly, this place is a little out of the way to go running back to McDonalds. Besides, once you're there, you're going to want to check the rest of the place out. I recommend the views going out towards Lakeport, but you can choose what suits you. For those not into ripping up mother earth in their two cycle, smog producing dirt bikes, go check out the north side of Cow Mountain - completely off limits to those chain saws on wheels. (I don't really hate those things, I'm just jealous that I don't have one)
The cache is placed at Scott's Creek located on the handy dandy map available from the BLM office in Ukiah, or placed conviently around various staging areas at Cow Mountain itself.
